Intellectual Property - Movie Portfolio worth $11M-$14M - Need to raise capital
My client needs to raise capital. They own Intellectual Property, a Movie Portfolio worth $11M-$14M (approx 600 movies). One partner has a 700 FICO and a $4M net worth. The other partner has a $500M net worth.
Both will personally guarantee the deal and pledge the portfolio, with the proceeds going to finance a take-over of the remaining ownership in their movie studio.
They would love to raise 30%-50%. Please PM me if you have any interest in the deal. No brokers please.
