HI, I am a broker but have a lender that will lend 50% of the value and charge 3.99% per month. So if he gets 100k he pays $3990 a month.

The Financials are the biggest piece of the puzzle. Does the Client have the wherewithal to pay back a loan if he is leveraging M and E on the balance sheet?
