Hey everyone, long time lurker of the forum just getting into the mix of things. Running into some construction type loans where an MCA doesn't work. Client does 5-6 million a year, one partner has 600 credit other 700. 20 years TIB. Seeking bridge funding on 5 projects, all in Dallas. Seeking anywhere between 200k-800k and has properties to use as collateral. Wants to get funds in the next week, is it possible? Not super experienced in these types of deals.

if he owns the property outwright and they have some considerable value, i would do it.

I have a client that received funding for $1.3 million. Funder can lend up to $5.0 mill. Not an MCA lender.
