this isnt my space but im helping out one of my customers - they have a $3MM Advance balance paying out $95,000 weekly and they need an additional $1,5MM -

I gave this to a broker to work because it isnt my area but now i am forced to assist -

they have offers coming out of the woodwork for 1.5MM at 1.22 for 11 months, quesiton is, will someone do this as a second? or who is willing to payoff a $3MM balance

Restautant gross is 75MM on returns.

I am refinancing his real estate for additional capital but he needs something faster.

I know a funder that'll probably go up to 7.5M in cali, but they only pay 1-2 points Jerry - lemme know if you need them. 12 - 24 months, high 1.30's - low 1.40's.

how do they have $1.5MM offers all day long if they have a $3MM balance? aren't the offers being priced as a 2nd, knowing about the balance?

and do you have any guaranty that the ABL on real estate will finalize?

You must be new to the industry even with a $3mm bal they are still generating more than enough for a funder to give him another position. 95k/7m = ~1.3% so about 5.2% of mo gross income.

He says they have a $3MM MCA balance then he says they have $1.5MM offers... and asks will someone do that as a 2nd pos?
