Dave, is your company an SBA lender providing 7(a) Express loans? Or are you brokering. It's confusing because you seem to make it sound like you're a direct SBA lender. How about some clarity?

As long as there will be some DSCR with the new credit facility, 7a Express is a strong option. That does NOT address the $150k now- which I think we can all agree is the biggest part of the equation. I believe you will have to sell a 'blended rate' with 7a Express as the back end, and a well priced advance with a nice pre pay- which will satisfy his immediate need for capital.

Because you keep coming on here and saying, "We'll get you an SBA" and you'll be splitting all of 2 points (max) with the co-broker. Why should I use you instead of SmartBiz? Is there a higher likelihood of acceptance? Lower credit score requirements? Seasoned BKs farther in the past?
More than once per lifetime? Lower rates? Can I sell my clients on it better? Why would I want to split my points with your product, rather than get 2 points via SmartBiz?
Prove your product is better, and you yourself will get more clientele. I'm not out to get you - I have nothing against co-brokering, as just about anyone on this board (Midwest, SmartBiz). I'm shopping for good partners and lenders, so why take the co-co-broker route through you when I could take the co-broker route through SmartBiz and make 2 points?
I have a bank that can do an SBA for $500,000 to $3mm, but I'm only going to make less than 1 point, but if the client is right, 1 point on $3mm is more than 2 points on $350,000!

Anyone wanting to build-out your network of SBA lenders, submit a few deals in Boefly. You'll end up with dozens if not hundreds of contacts.

You ARE asking EVERYONE on this board to co-broker. You have an arrangement with a bank, which means you're asking brokers to send you their deals.
There are two alternatives: (1) You plan on backdooring the people over here, which knowing you as well as I do I honestly can't imagine for a second that you would ever backdoor someone, so that is by definition a co-broker deal that you are inviting. (2) You think that the brokers on this forum are actually the borrowers, which is plain stupid, and you're an intelligent person.
However, stop posting that you can do a CC split or an SBA when everyone and their mother could do that. An SBA is not a solution for everyone, you don't even bother asking if their credit is above a 620, you just got straight for the SBA. Please don't present your lenders as fools.

Not sure why you keep commenting on a reply that made to another person's post.
I have never made any claim that an SBA is the solution for everyone, but, when it is,
the cost of capital to a business owner is far less.
BTW - a 620 credit score is not necessarily a deal breaker for a SBA deal.Dave Lambert, Business Development

finding sba leads is so much easier than mca . spend a little money dave get the leads and fund your "niche". to co co co broker with a product that pays so little is a waste of time .
