Dave, SmartBiz is not your product. Anyone on this board who's minimally smart can do it.

Why is "your" SBA better than SmartBiz?

Dave, is your company an SBA lender providing 7(a) Express loans? Or are you brokering. It's confusing because you seem to make it sound like you're a direct SBA lender. How about some clarity?

Why would I need to provide you clarity ? Are you a Judge ? Didn't think so.

We work with a bank - SBA Loans, niche market up to 350K (up 150K easier approvals)
Also, have a starter SBA up to 25K

Oh cool. So you broker SBA loans just like every other broker.

As long as there will be some DSCR with the new credit facility, 7a Express is a strong option. That does NOT address the $150k now- which I think we can all agree is the biggest part of the equation. I believe you will have to sell a 'blended rate' with 7a Express as the back end, and a well priced advance with a nice pre pay- which will satisfy his immediate need for capital.

You ARE asking EVERYONE on this board to co-broker. You have an arrangement with a bank, which means you're asking brokers to send you their deals.

There are two alternatives: (1) You plan on backdooring the people over here, which knowing you as well as I do I honestly can't imagine for a second that you would ever backdoor someone, so that is by definition a co-broker deal that you are inviting. (2) You think that the brokers on this forum are actually the borrowers, which is plain stupid, and you're an intelligent person.

However, stop posting that you can do a CC split or an SBA when everyone and their mother could do that. An SBA is not a solution for everyone, you don't even bother asking if their credit is above a 620, you just got straight for the SBA. Please don't present your lenders as fools.

    .
I think Ryan will strongly disagree here. All his wrong post of the forum police prove otherwise

Not sure why you keep commenting on a reply that made to another person's post.
I have never made any claim that an SBA is the solution for everyone, but, when it is,
the cost of capital to a business owner is far less.

BTW - a 620 credit score is not necessarily a deal breaker for a SBA deal.

So now you're saying something. What other criteria do they need to know that's a differentiator from SmartBiz?

Anyone wanting to build-out your network of SBA lenders, submit a few deals in Boefly. You'll end up with dozens if not hundreds of contacts.
