I have a client who runs a great catering company. He can use 150 to 250k, My client will not accept any term shorter than 6 months. Nor, will he accept outrageous rates. With that said, my client is NOT desperate, however, I know if I find him a reasonable 2nd position deal than we will send back all required documents for funding in a timely manner. So, if any Direct Funder can get me 150 to 250 with a reasonable rate I would really appreciate you to contact me.

We can go 6 months on a 2nd in-house but depends on his 1st position balance and payment history.
