By Cash Flow are you saying the client is showing 150k Net Operating Income on his Taxes?

If yes, then there are likely ways to secure a term note (will need to understand the balance sheet and the reasons why they have been turned down by others). If we pre- qualify a client for a long term loan in a scenario like this, we assist the client with Bridge Capital to get them to the closing.

In other words, he waives a term loan product in front of you, so you can send him the deal, then he sends it out to his "connections" to get him a, well...: Cash Advance , then Richard splits commissions with you. Ok, now let's talk about the term loan.

If the client has the requisite earnings and credit for a term loan- yes, we will arrange a term loan. If the client does not, and needs a short term Bridge, we will arrange it through Funders, and continue to seek a Global Solution- working with the client. The file dictates what occurs.
