Hey Way Up -

I don't have the time to get on the forum any more (yes...closing that many real estate deals!) but what you are asking for sounds like it fits in my wheelhouse.

Just so you know...interest only deals are typically more expensive. I typically fund with a thirty year amortization (to keep payments low), with the rate fixed for three years. Rates are typically in the 8% - 9% range, credit/property pending. I fund 70% of the appraised value, paying off any existing mortgages and providing cash-out, on top.

I can fund pretty much all types of properties, with the exception of primary residence.
