Has anyone heard of or done a deal with a company out of New York called True Advance?... I can’t find any web presence on them, googled the phone number , the address shows on google as some kind of apartment type of building .....Someone sent me a PM asking about my deals... I want to be sure they are legit....

Same thing here. Sounds like a broker not a direct lender.

I don't need more fees and points added on between my client and their funds.

They do not show up in the court system so they probably white label their deals out.
