Does anyone do smaller deals. I have a client that needs a 60k loan and has 4K monthly receivables for years. He owns his own building and has bad credit. Any help or advice or a company to use would be great!

What's bad credit? Less than 600? How much is the building worth and where it located?

Either way, the way to do this would be Hard money -> Credit repair to get him over 650 -> Finance the building.
