15 or 18 month deal
Hello, I have a client who is a doctor and he currently has a principis deal. What direct lender can compete with their terms and rates? My client does about 70k per month and owes principis about 32k.

Yes.. They do I just did a deal with them at 18 months... but they are very conservative.....

Your deal may work at Quarter Spot, CAN, IOU or Break out.. all go out to 18 months. Good luck!
