Why is not switching the processor an option?
What is the average monthly credit card processing over the past 6 months?

You can get a lockbox done with a lot of the lenders.

However, lockboxes slow time retrieval of funds. I assume no one is doing ACH any longer. I assume it's too time consuming as the daily percentage need to be calculated and manually deducted.

I need to keep Heartland as the processor.

What is the reason the client is against a daily or weekly debit? We wouldn't be able to do a split with Heartland, but perhaps we can get creative to get something done. Please feel free to reach out to discuss further.

Principis does a True Percentage of Sales based on Previous Year. Its not Exact, but goes off Projections and the Daily is different each month.

WHy is Switching Processing not an option, like there has to be a reason... tied to a POS, thinks it will be a hassle? There is always a way to get something done.... just need to know why its an Issue.

We can get Creative. Whether that means, a few things we have done are:
1. Shipping him a good to go replacement POS System, Exact Same model, set up with new Processor already....so the transition is seamless, plug in/swap out and go. No down time.
2. If it's Rates... just save him money. Or Match. Take a hit on the processing, go as low as possible.
3. Take his Avg Daily Processing Volume, 2 Days worth (Using the High End) and deposit into his account outside of funding. So we Put him ahead of the LockBox out of our own pocket.

If you want to get something done, I can get it done. Ill place the deal. Get it Funded, do the work. Split commission with you 90/10 - and we will split PSF Sheet 50/50.
