Without knowing any details regarding the merchant, maybe a SBA Loan.
SBA loans up to 350k are the easiest to close. Up to 150k is even easier. These loans are cash flow based therefore no collateral requirements. They are at 8% over ten yrs so the payment is the selling feature.
They have no prepay either.

if you cant get him a capital deal reachout to Cresthill....we keep funded many large convenience stores and other franchises and we fund them VERY FAST! and we are very light on stips (perhaps a little too light for my liking's )....
