Why do you need a lawyer to get a Calif license?

If you need to call a lawyer to get licensed you are new in the industry? And then you won't get approved?

sorry don't get on here that often-

karen offered to personally assist me for free, she said shes not that busy and has a lot of free time, wont be able to troll on here as much though while shes helping me
