14M annual. Needs refinance TERM LOANS
Client does 14M a year. Medical Services. Currently has FC and Bond Street for around 1M.
Looking for larger term loan to payoff or another term loan. Not interested in factoring their receivables.
They own real estate for business but already at 85% with SBA

This based off the owners credit?Have you arranged LOC over 100k.?

Yep. I also arranged $75,000 for a start-up with one owner with a FICO of 740.

What state? How many deposits per month? Any BK or tax liens?
We have done many medical company's with existing Sba loans who needed refi and also provide LOC with investors options.
