    I have a deal....

    Merchant comes to Miami for business, his business is US based. Bank Accounts, Everything.

    Not a US Citizen, Travels back and forth.

    Decent Volume.

    When I worked at Credibly we would fund merchants like this as long as they had the right to work in the US and documentation that showed they would be in the US for the term of the contract. (I know things change in the industry quickly, so they may not still take on this type of client but it is worth a phone call)
