Daycare $80k/month in deposits: Multiple Negative Days & NSF's
600 & 620 FICO's for both owners, averaging $80,000/month in deposits looking for a 1st position for $80,000.
7-10 Negative days a month is the only obstacle here, highest offer I've been able to get so far was $15,000.
Any suggestions? I need a direct lender on this one ASAP!
