Gents...make sure the inventory is not consignment. A lot of Jewelry stores operate in that manner.....

yes, he drives me cray -- he asked me to refinance his real estate and when it comes to me agreeing and setting a closing date - he dissapears... i offered him 90% LTV on his property in florida with a 5 day close and he changes his mind last minute... waste of time.
he came to meet me in florida and had a briefcase with $3MM in diamonds handcuffed to his wrist...not sure why, but it was interesting.Last edited by Jstarr; 12-04-2017 at 12:05 PM.
