    WBL is the king of real estate deals and many other structures NOT working with WBL will cost you money ...(if you have enough deal flow)... issue with MCA is they get so easy to bring to close vs all other kind of financing that many brokers walk away from real commissions from other sources of funding!

    WBL is not the "king" for real estate deals.
    There are plenty of legit real estate deals sources where you can get 30-year amortization and rates <10%.
    Raw land is harder, but it depends on what they want to do with it, I can help.

    I agree AB/ Not looking for a 1.59 to make 2 points and collateralized!!!
