Over 5 NSFs a month seeks 30-60 k in funding

I have a construction company client ( I am an ISO ) in texas with over 6 NSFs per month and an average of $45k a month in sales over the past 4 months. He is seeking 30k to 60k and does not want to pledge collateral , he is ok with a 1.4 rate though. I am an ISO, if you think you can provide funding to this construction general contractor please let me know by email at USA.bts@gmail.com thank you !

First of all, a construction company (in what state?) doing $45K a month is asking for $60K?

    1) Did you tell him that without hard collateral that ain't happening?
    2) Did you get payback months, due to potential cold weather in his state effecting business volume?
    3) he is "ok" with 1.40 rate? Did you explain to merchant that is really isn't anything else out there for him? ESPECIALLY with "over 6 NSF's a month"?

Probably a decline from 100% of the funders out there. If he has solid credit he'd maybe get a $10k MAX starter deal for sub 3 months at somewhere in the 1.45-1.55 range. And $50 a bounce fee. Best of luck.
