Have a client that seeks $200,000.00.
Home in New Jersey on a relatively small island, on a point with navigable open water on two sides. bought in 2011 for $900,000.00.
Since then, has been remodeled the home inside out and new 180’ of bulkhead, to the tune of $400,00.00.

The wife and client have ss income, income from a 10 million dollar trust,(every four months, shared its 20 family members) rental income and $50K in bank.


Can any do this or point me in the right direction.
