CAN has to be paid off - possible 2 options:

    CC Split
    SBA 7(a) Loan -

    Call me to discuss.

Why do you need an SBA loan to payoff CAN?

Is the client a sole prop or single member LLC? Same tax form used.. Important.. Can't fathom why a dentist would potentially want to expose personal assets from law suit by being a sole prop.

This is likely not an MCA Play so we will need to understand NOI (net operating income). Practices like this have a very HIGH gross profit margin- so longer term notes for higher amounts are easier to arrange than MCA's.

The reasons why the credit is low (for traditional finance 640 is not good at all), and the balance sheet will be keys to assisting.

Feel free to reach out for a real solution..

If this is true you shouldn't have trouble getting this deal funded anywhere. I know a few shops that love dental offices.

thanks for the responses. The dentist is an idiot and refuses to release any information besides the bank statements but we still got him a 75k offer for 15 months.

Not what I was referencing - SBA would have to be 1st position.
