OnDeck closed file as result of customer not disclosing home address
Even though the biz address was on the driver's license... This was A paper. Guy is ex-military and moves around alot. Company in business for 16 years with 2MM on the books, had full financial package and heck 5 years of P&L statements.
I'm new to the forum so please excuse my ignorance, is this standard procedure?

It's standard. They want to know where to find him if he defaults.
who cares if he moves around a lot? If he wants to get funded he needs to disclose his current address. If he moves later, why is he so worried now?Last edited by ridextreme; 10-25-2017 at 05:23 PM.

I found it odd he wouldn't provide them his address. He gave it to me, but wouldn't give it to them. Guess he didn't need the line of credit that bad.
