Real Estate Broker WITH Exsting Loan Mod
20 Year Real Estate Broker who (unfortunately) extended his existing loan
and it's now considered a modification. He never would have done so if he
knew it would effect future loans, as he has had several, all of which were
paid off successfully. No negative days, no NSF's, and does between
$200K-$250K monthly. 680 Credit. Anyone out there have an appetite for
this kind of deal? Please message if so. Thanks.

Well, Is he looking to Refinance his Real Estate ? or trying to obtain an mica ? if its Real Estate, Depending on the property location, type and scenario i could do something ?
