You can try Velocity Mortgage. I may know some additional options, but would need to hear more about the deal. Where are the transaction(s), are they they looking for $500M, or $5MM, etc?

There are several lenders in addition to Velocity that offer 25-30 year amortizations with 3 year adjustables less than 10%
