It seems that someone steals the "dirt"

It is as if they know which ones have dirt and would be an easy decline so the submitting Broker keeps shopping it and spends more time shopping and wondering "who can fund this" meanwhile it gets stolen by the hamburglar and called right away...

Deal died at the end. The 20k approval was from a company that checks nothing. Im sorry i will never say "omg he might default" thats the underwriters job. Period. If they fund it, they fund it. Give me my 12 Points.

#1 Had an offer for 75k, and Trying to get a 2nd Position.

#2 Said Number tried stealing the deal based on my submission for a 2nd. He tried taking it.

#3 I couldnt get the number on the phone.

#4 I stated Merchants arent owned its a free for all..... but when I submit for a stack and the lender backdoors it and tried to steal the 1st - THATS A PROBLEM - all within 20 mins of submission.

Your saying Merchant was talking to rep? SIgned deal..... No. All are my deals. Only thing "rep" did was try and steal the 1st. Thats it. 20 mins after submitting for second. Its really easy to understand.
