This List - is of people who would fund the deal.

We fund in house. This deal was outside our box. We fund, broker and syndicate - just like everyone else.

"With this list what do you expect" - Is an asinine comment to make. The file was ****... It went to Lenders who would fund it....just so happens some of them have issues.

I called someone once and said, "how did you get my application?" ...he replied "everyone steals" then hung up.

If you get ahold of the person they are going to say it was a coincidence that they called. ( Some brokers put a fake number on applications to see who called,)

That said ...once you get the info...what are you going to do about it?They are not going to be the Direct Funder *** ...(well....they might be sometimes..)

if it was really 20 min and the guy called your merchant not a fake number on the app there is a good chance he had the deal before you and he didnt get the deal from you

This could be true....also ...merchants lie sometimes for numerous reasons

a) they do not want you to know they were double dealing you
b) trying to get a competing offer to lower price .( sometimes to double stack behind your back)
c) trying to fake a competing offer to lower price


Once you come across these people enough times you start to learn who is who in 5 seconds flat

Because the merchant might be lying to "put people on notice"...that he better get the best rates or he can go elsewhere
