I know files get backdoored. But not like this. Im fine..... If i cant sell it - it stays stagnant fine - take it.
Thats the business, Merchants arent mine - its a free for all.
But dont backdoor it right away.
And i know they are bottom tier lenders - its a bottom tier file.

Hold on, did you send it to ML who sent it to Ram who sent it to RDM, to GFE to Fox to Capcall,
Or did you send it to all 6 at once?
Just so I understand...Last edited by MidnightAdvance; 10-23-2017 at 05:37 PM.

Have someone else call him from another phone number and say" you called me in regards to getting a mca"...they will call you back lickity split...get the application sent and email address...save your $500
---
I called someone once and said, "how did you get my application?" ...he replied "everyone steals" then hung up.
If you get ahold of the person they are going to say it was a coincidence that they called. ( Some brokers put a fake number on applications to see who called,)
That said ...once you get the info...what are you going to do about it?They are not going to be the Direct Funder *** ...(well....they might be sometimes..)Last edited by Karen37a; 10-23-2017 at 05:40 PM.

if it was really 20 min and the guy called your merchant not a fake number on the app there is a good chance he had the deal before you and he didnt get the deal from you
merchant always shop so what to say he didn't send his app to someone else?
or maybe i am wrong

This could be true....also ...merchants lie sometimes for numerous reasons
a) they do not want you to know they were double dealing you
b) trying to get a competing offer to lower price .( sometimes to double stack behind your back)
c) trying to fake a competing offer to lower price
Once you come across these people enough times you start to learn who is who in 5 seconds flatLast edited by Karen37a; 10-23-2017 at 05:52 PM.

ps I love the "fake competing offer" trick from merchants with a half twist.
you say" oh Yeah, from who?"
they reply..." I cant tell you that its confidential"
you " well I need to know so I do not waste my time on this.I have 30 other more deals to fund"
them ...well send me a contract I will look it over
you " I will never do any such thing, send me this contract you have and If I cant do better we can part as friends ...I am not a rookie who just woke up in the mca industry"
them ....I am sorrrrryyyy. I just do not know what the lowest price is and I met so many shady brokers.
you...ok...well let's start again "what are you really doing with the money, you said "renovation" so much you must own the Taj Mahol"
(saving up my pennies so I can get in on this mca broker bet for most sales closed )

again why not just have merchant call the number back with you on the line and go through the motions so you can see who it is??? that would be easiest thing to do I would think.

Make sure you have a good relationship with the merchant before sending to Rapid and only send if you think it'll fund there. They have a massive inside sales team. Always keep an eye out.

But if it did happen....you tell Mr Big tough business owner..."that's the first phone call you ever received for funding? Why are you telling me about it...tell them you are working with someone."
disclaimer *** I once told this Bosnian guy " tell the brokers who are calling you to F off " ( he kept calling me crying thru the close saying he is getting 100 phone calls)
THEN it came down to the merchant call and he told the underwriter, or person doing the call to f off....They called me saying "your merchant doesn't want the money anymore he told us to f off"
I said ...I told him to say that because he was getting hounded with calls, he does want the money
They said "funny, have him call back and don't do that again". lol
