    Past due child support, poor personal credit but business does $150M-$200M+ monthly deposits. HVAC/Plumbing 16 yrs in business 1 negative day in last 6 months lowest ADB of $12M

    Child Support issues are rough, because States don't mess around with that. they will lien a bank account in a heartbeat.

    I think a more pertinent question is....if the guy is willing to blow off his own flesh and blood, how easy do you think it'll be for him to blow YOU off?

    i know some of the best people this planet has to offer that mess around with child care because the are tired of paying for his X's fur coats and her new boy friends car payments.

    Don't underestimate the spectre that is the ex-wife. My single best merchant (over 2MM funded over 6 deals never stacked) takes advances because of credit because of child support discrepancies in his divorce. He's not a deadbeat, the ex just has a really good lawyer and slammed him and he won't pay on principle. 3 years later...still truckin'.

    Quarterspot funded a deal for me with a merchant who committed involuntary manslaughter. I've also done deals with Knight with a lot of liens.

    that much a month and needs a cash advance? probably look into a factoring facility for him. would work out best see if Kevin on here can do it from Seacoast. How much in child support are we talking here?

    Perhaps, but still, these merchant know good and well the consequences of not paying, but they do it anyway.
