Terrible banks but doing 20-35k a month in CC.
Can offered him 35k, on a split. This would have been his 3-4 deal with CAN. I switched him to PPS, but then one of the stips is the 2016 tax return. Merchant has not done his 15 or 16 tax returns. So that deal is dead.
