Restaurant doing $65k a month in Gross

So have this merchant who is doing good volumes, but has defaulted on a previous advance and has debits coming out of his bank account from MCA Recovery.
The owner is 90 years old. The son was running the business and had a heart attack and has been in a coma for over 15 months.
She had no idea the son had taken these advances, so they did not pay on them and defaulted.

Anyway, i know it is a long shot, anyone willing to look at this.

TIB is 1991. Very well established restaurant.

We can take a look at it on CC split. Depends on balance. Send 2016 1099K, Jan-Sept processing, Aug Sept banks, balance letter.

If MCA recovery is debiting from bank, you can bet your bottom dollar they have a COJ against the biz AND filed UCC.

Better question is, if the ACTIVE owners are 90+ years old...and the previous owner is in a coma......who would want to take on that risk?

If I was a direct lender, I would debit accounts using names such as "MCA Recovery" or "MCA Relief" all day long. Talk about increasing client retention/ROI!

it is not the past owner. The owner is the 90 year old. The one in the coma is her son who was running the business.

so you have a 90 year old owner who doesn't get involved in the day to day operations...and the person who does is 60-70 yrs old and in a coma?
Once again....who would want to take on that risk?
That deals goes bad, adn the 90 year old merchant stands up in the court room, stating they knew nothing about all of this? It's a wrap for that funder

This is the Vinnie the Chin merchant scam. Take the advance, then default. When the funder comes to collect, mumble, urinate on yourself and pretend to be a vegetable.
