Is this a business acquiring another company, or individual purchasing a company? There just aren't many resources for an individual purchasing a company outside the SBA.

If that's the case, there are plenty of options (provided the debt service coverage ratio is somewhere around 1.1). Me personally, I just go through Wells or another conventional lender for these types of deals.

If it's viable, you can post on Boefly for $99 or so and you'll end up getting 10-20 matching lenders (or do monthly service for $150 i think).

We work on these all the time. They can get complicated and really, really annoying but we've dealt with many of the problems that come up in the process so we have a decent feel for many of them
