    Rapidly growing business with a bk 1 year ago

    I have a company that does 100k a month with more then 65% in processing. The banks are strong however, the owner has a bk from 6/13. Who will do this?

    What state are they in? It's just over 1 year for the discharge, you have a lot of options.

    If you have a discharge or a dismal and the banks are solid it should be fundable-

    Retail Capital will fund as long as the BK has been closed for 1 day and they have not included a MCA in the bankruptcy.
