Decent B to D paper fund. Won't go out too far (regardless of what Abe says, never seen anything over 6 months), but they have a decent matrix, pay pretty good commissions, and they will also look at merchants slightly below 500 FICO.

Give me a call - 212-676-5667 or shoot me an email at aisakov@legendfunding.com

Ill talk to you about our program and answer any questions you might have about us.

We are now paying 10 points on PAYBACK amount and average response time for approvals is 2 hours. We are a direct funder - funding 1-4th position paper specializing in B & C paper. We are huge on weekly payments for most 1st & 2nd position paper along with offering consolidations. We have monthly volume incentives as well.

I look forward to speaking with you.

That's good hustle right there. Broker can try to sell the highest rate possible for their own good.

    Interesting take on getting files.

At one point, we were thinking of doing 10 points upfront and as many points as the broker wants after the deal pays off, so say a broker sells it at a 1.55 - the broker gets 10 upfront and 10 points when the deal pays off. Wondering if this would excite anyone..?

Would give the broker incentive to make sure the merchant fully pays off the advance. Possibly incentive not to stack.

Definitely would provide incentive for a merchant not to stack; however, there would have to be a decent cap, making sure it's not driving the business OUT of business! Cause allowing such upsell can easily lead to a greed factor. I remember having spoken to a merchant who was once stuck @ a 1.79.

Any deal funded with Midnight will get 10 points upfront and a max of 10 points upsell, when the deal pays off in full. How's that?

what happens when/if the merchant renews? will you payout 10 for the deal being "completed" and another 10 for the "new deal"?

Interesting question, I guess the 10 should be thrown on the very back and make it 20 when the deal pays in full.

pearl has something with the same thought processes . need a pearl rep here , i may be off . but they have where they match your syndication dollars . so if you do a 100k deal and get paid 10% you put that ten k in they match it with 10k . on a 1.49 at the end you wind up with 19800 minus syndication fees . deal goes bad in middle you technically lose money . This way their iso are all invested into making sure they are paid back .

Kind of being nit picky here but I do not like that at all. I try and renew my merchants as much as possible with the same funding houses and by that logic you would indefinitely owe me points on multi files and if one of them goes belly up I loose a lot of money.

Paying points on the payback is great. Especially if you cant Max it out and have to adjust points. Ive had merchants pay it off early with a good discount for the merchant and still got payed on the payback

We have extremely generous pre-payment discounts on all our offers regardless of position. As an ISO manager I am on top of all my deals. Need a higher dollar amount? Need a longer term? Or just need an update on the deal? I answer my phone and strive to have a good relationship with all my ISO's to get a deal done Unlike some other funders we are not automated, and don't take 2-3 days to respond to an email. Here at Legend transparency and open line of communication is key.

Stop wasting time with other funders. Lets get you signed up!
