    When I first got in the industry I worked at a very large and known brokershop where a rep got the merchant 9 yes 9 in one day, he just kept the merchant calm the entire time it was insane. Rep was freaking out the entire day that merchant might miss funding calls because he you know runs a business. THE INDUSTRY IS THE WILD WILD WEST

    I assume the owner of the shop knew what was going on?

    this makes no sense really - they're saying Pearl violated the contract that SBFS had with its' customer.... how does pearl get sued for that? the customer is the one that violated its' contract!

    The sad part about this is anyone who could pull that off...timeing wise, stalling wise, coaching wise etc.

    Could have done business legitimately. Why do this?

    So you made??150k? 200k? 275? and now you are done for and in trouble.

    If someone could pull this off their lazy arse could fund 1 million a month personally.

    Any ideas? Why do this? It makes no sense to me.

    Unless it was revenge of some kind..but they didnt have to do it that way...they are now outted
