Thank god we didn't fund this when we got it the first time.. Despite giving the guy an offer, we ended up killing it because of the "rush rush" status.

my little homeless stalker woman ex broker who I lent money too...who backstabbed the first company( shouldn't have took her), backstabbed me for 2 /3 weeks, until I tossed her and her nasty hong kong fooey boyfriend,.....they took down 3 isos.
The one who used to say "west coast is right about you" every so often on the boards and my phone and emails
Sent deals to a d paper place ( I warned them )...now she forced defaulted on some and took some away...must have cost them 500k-700k

funders keep upping your commissions to 15 maybe 18 points on funded! of course these things wont continue to happen.

No-looks like merchant netted 89k so gross funding from Specialty Finance was prob $100k. 30k more than the BFS and Knight approvals
