    MCA for UK Citizen

Does anyone fund US based business with 25%US/75%UK Citizenship? Alliteratively are there any MCA Funders who could do a UK deal?

do they have a valid social security number and proof of citizenship? and is the 25% american citizen owner of a U.S-based business? We would probably entertain that.

for UK Business loans (i dont know about MCA structured terms):

No SS# or citizenship for the UK resident. The 25% owner is a US citizen and the business is US based.

If you really want to make it happen it can be done with a notarized letter from both owners stating that the 25% owner has authority to take debt for the company.

There has to be some really good receivables for collections purposes. what bis type? revenue volume, etc?
