Public companies and Cash advances/ Factoring
Just wondering has anyone on this thread ever done an MCA or factoring deal for a Publicly traded company?
Does the PubCo have to file a filing since the debt is unsecured?
Also if anyone has done a deal, and they did report, can you show me the company, filing ,and or tell me how it was structured?
Thanks funders!

Yes, filings need to be up to date, however it is not an MCA. We lend based on stock collateral to be converted after 6 months. Rates 15% 1st month and 5% increase each month there after until conversion. PM for more info.
