Is there a Direct Lender that would do a deal without and Personal Guarantee? The only possible collateral would be inventory.

If he has accounts receivable then there is possibility of non recourse financing but just with inventory that aint gonna happen see if he has accounts receivable red flag question: why wouldnt he want to do a personal guarantee might be able to get him business line of credit sounds like he probably knows all of this and has put this deal into such a box that you cannot get it funded which brings up a character red flag issuw of the borrower
