This is why I get rid of brokers. By time you put your time and energy into training them...they will either

a ) backdoor you for 1 point

B) create an iso, which will eventually fold

No, this Client is fine with both !

So are they comfortable with submitting financial documents or not? West, you also forgot to mention that all of his/her clients have 780 credit, but can't get funding.
