None Profit -75K
I have a new application for $75,0000
From a none profit who does 8 million a year in revenue.
Paid by the bank till they get their checks end of the week,
NSF (aka paid overdrafts) are the issue.
State is Tx.

Non-Profs are difficult but not necessarily impossible to Fund. For instance, if you are looking at a non-profit prep school (say, one that is affiliated with a church and is thus a non-profit), you can potentially adjust your Sales Purchase Agreement to represent that you are purchasing future tuition, not future sales. Their ability and willingness to pay, or course, is another matter altogether. In the example you represent above, you might want to find out if they have a separate bank account that you could tap for your daily ACH in the event of NSF funds in the primary account. As long as the board will sign off, and someone will sign the COJ, go to EBF.
