this could be interesting.. I hate working with wbl and the deals i have ever tried to do in past years were nightmares.. That said a good bunch of people from mcc/bizfi went over there when they closed so you never know. I will need to see it to believe it but it could be a possible that something normal may be coming out of there..

Not necessarily, I have gotten offers from similar to that from WBL. Granted those were all people with either 700+ credit or the LTV ratio was <1% ie client inherited a million dollar penthouse in NY and only wanted 50K. 99% of the time though take that with a very large grain of salt.
