Luxury ground up construction hit by the hurricane. Needs fast capital to fix multiple properties that have been damaged back into livable conditions. (Eventually insurance money will come) Doing 4-500k/month. Credit in the mid 700's. Zero issues. Has a position with fora...looking to find more of a B paper lender that will buy out the small remaining or offer a 2nd position underneath. I keep getting declines based on industry type, and I do not want to co-broker or send this to anybody like fora. Looking for A/B paper funders because this is A paper for a funder that doesn't have this industry as restricted.
