I have a client in CA that would like to pull equity from his Primary Residence for a 30% down payment for a 1.2m commercial property he is looking to buy.

Primary Residence: Approx 1.6m. Mortgage 430k.

Anyone that can guide me to a simple mortgage broker that can get the Primary Residence secondary mortgage done??

I might have something better. I work with a private real estate investor. The do mortgages, bridges, short term and long term equity. They might be interested in one side or the other or both.
