I don't think anyone is doubting his ability to do a transaction..... I am sure that he can provide a solution for the Company and complete a transaction. All I am suggesting is that there might be better options available for the Company.

Yeah, literally almost any funder can get this done. But this guy has no business getting an advance -- especially of the 1.48 variety.

So...Let's recap this tread....
-BigFilesNOBS asks if anyone can provide a facility for a $15Mil Company. I replied saying that we could entertain a facility for a company of that size, pricing would be very competitive, and the size would not be a problem. I offered my direct line and e-mail....crickets.
-Marcus chimes in because that's what Marcus does and we all love him for that....
-JaySamson states he is a direct "lender" and can do a deal like this.... no problem. I questioned if he in fact is a direct "lender" and he said yes.
-Meanwhile somebody from JaySamson's company calls me asking if we can provide a facility for a much larger company than the one referenced in this post and I said we would certainly like an opportunity to explore the deal and sent a referral agreement.
-10 other people chimed in with comments about who can do what and who can't.
-Nothing was ever sent to the Company that can actually do deals of this size.

Yep-Par for the course.....
