    2nd position needed asap

    Merchant needs just 10k on a second...the thing is he just got funded last week. I told the merchant we could bridge the gap with a 2nd position. Restaurant.

    Just looking for lenders that usually only do 1st or 2nd positions. He has an 8k offer @1.49 with a competing broker that he will not be entertaining...and I don't blame him.
    I am not well versed in the 2nd position space as we do not do them much.
