I have a gas station deal that does 200k per month in deposits. 130k to 150k in credit cards. Only 1 position. less than 18k left with SNAP. NJ company. Wants 50k and 18k balance bought out. Lenders Only! NO ISOS!

I know the margins are slim on gas stations. So I do not expect a miracle. Do you buy out existing balances?
