I revised the ISO agreement, and added the following:

ALL NEW DEALS ACH OR SPLIT:
•10 POINTS ON ALL DEALS FUNDED
ALL RENEWALS ACH OR SPLIT STAY THE SAME
COMMISSION WILL BE PAYED WITHIN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS

doesn't sound like they are offering anything original or innovative here.

Their website says they offer SBA loans. They aren't a SBA lender. Sounds like they broker some of their stuff. May be a legit equip leading company, but I've never heard of them.

Plus, the whole talk of "synergy between our companies" sounds like a creepy pickup line.
