we don't use the real estate but we fund businesses that derive revenues off of real estate business!!

Yes, Everywhere except Illinois and Tennessee,
One major difference between us and WBL is, We focus on the Asset and we dont care if they have a business, we only require that they have at least 3 month interest reserves in an acct ( investment, money market, savings etc ) that shows they can service debt and it doesn't have to be seasoned, our rates are between 8-12% Monthly / interest only.
